Partner marketing (strategy and operations) – senior consultant – americas delivery mexico (admx)are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? As a partner marketing senior consultant who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced partner marketing senior consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas delivery mexico (admx) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.admx is a member of the global delivery network which has presence across the world with delivery centers in the united states, romania, india, spain, china, and the philippines. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. As a senior consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. Define sales-aligned partner marketing strategy that supports google cloud priorities, solution areas, and partner-led demand generation goalsbuild annual and quarterly partner marketing plans, including objectives, okrs, success metrics, budget guidance, and execution milestones as part of the structured planning cyclepartner with sales, regional stakeholders, product marketing, finance, and operations to gather inputs, prioritize investments, and align on major campaigns and market shiftsshape partner programs across the buyer funnel, ensuring clear linkage between awareness, consideration, demand generation, qso creation, pipeline progression, and revenue outcomesdrive planning across direct and partner channels, with a strong understanding of partner co-op, mdf/ppf, referrals, events, content promotion, and other scaled tacticsapply the global / regional / local operating model to determine what should be developed globally, adapted regionally, and executed locally for partner marketing programsestablish performance reporting and business review cadences, using monthly and quarterly rhythm of the business processes to assess health, identify gaps, and recommend course correctionsuse data and insights to improve marketing efficiency, optimize investment decisions, and increase partner-sourced pipeline and revenue impactcollaborate cross-functionally with strategy & operations, demand teams, regional s&o, and partner stakeholders to drive executional clarity and operational excellencewe can enhance customer experiences and drive sustained growth and customer value creation and capture, through customer and commercial strategies, digital products and innovation, marketing, commerce, sales, and service. Our team balances business strategy, technology, creativity, and ongoing managed services to solve the biggest problems that affect customers, partners, constituents, and the workforce.completion of course of study/egresado in computer science/it/computer engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience~ responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams~ advanced english level~ experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, growth marketing, gtm strategy, or marketing strategy & operations~ strong experience aligning marketing plans to sales priorities, pipeline goals, and business growth objectives~ experience working in complex cross-functional organizations with global and regional stakeholders~ strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into recommendations and executive updates~ experience in cloud, saas, enterprise technology, or partner ecosystem environmentsfamiliarity with google cloud or hyperscaler go-to-market modelsexperience with partner-funded programs, joint gtm motions, and regional planningbackground in marketing performance, planning operations, or strategy & operationsprofessional developmentfrom entry-level employees to senior leaders, we believe there's always room to learn.
