Location: This position is 100% remote, with a focus on candidates in Mexico and Colombia.
Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound call center phone calls.
- Create and process ticket requests, documenting work performed.
- Utilize remote troubleshooting skills to respond to and proactively address issues from customer Building Automation Systems and Facilities.
- Provide telephone support and troubleshoot for customers using multiple Energy Management System (EMS) interfaces.
- Coordinate with on-site third-party personnel supporting technical troubleshooting.
- Interpret and analyze data from HVAC/AC and lighting systems.
- Monitor installations and prepare reports with recommendations for energy optimization, asset efficiency, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift for 5 days or a 10-hour shift for 4 days, with opportunities for overtime, including holidays and weekends.
- Native Spanish and advanced English (C1) proficiency.
- Reliable power supply, wired high-speed internet, and a distraction-free environment for remote work.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to communicate technical information accessibly to non-technical personnel.
- Active student status or a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
