responsibilities
1. develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
2. monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
3. implement strategies to minimize waste and improve resource efficiency throughout the production process.
4. ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
5. collaborate with cross-functional teams on eco-friendly materials and practices.
6. supervise and lead the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
7. foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
8. identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
9. ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
10. manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
11. prepare reports on production performance, kpis, and costs.
12. analyze data to inform decisions and drive operational improvements.
13. ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
qualifications
1. bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or related field.
2. minimum of 5 years experience as a production manager or similar role.
3. strong knowledge of iso 14001, iso 45001, iso 50001, iatf 16949.
4. proficiency in analyzing production metrics and implementing improvements.
5. understanding of safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., iso, lean manufacturing).
6. experience with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.
7. leadership experience with medium to large teams is mandatory.
8. advanced proficiency in english.
9. experience in the automotive industry.
