**Job Overview**:
We seek a talented and motivated Junior NLP Engineer to join our team at TeamStation AI in Guadalajara, Mexico, working alongside the CEO and Co-Founder. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and designing language understanding systems, effectively using text representation techniques, and working on scripts to analyze and process text data while measuring language understanding accuracy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop NLP systems according to requirements
- Transform natural language data into useful features using NLP techniques to feed classification algorithms
- Train and evaluate NLP models
- Collaborate with other research and development team members on projects
- Analyze and transform natural language data
- Stay up-to-date with the latest NLP technologies and advancements
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Strong aptitude for mathematics, particularly algebra, and statistics
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
