*responsibilities*:
- generate training evidence based on the iluo system.
provide the required training in the production process (safety, 5's, instructions)
- document in q-matrix the progress of the training levels of each collaborator to demonstrate multi-skilling and publish on each board.
- close shops for completed orders on a weekly and monthly basis.
- support in capturing indicators of the production process.
- monthly review of the tpms and send a report to maintenance on open actions and follow up on closures.
*qualifications*:
- last semester of a bachelor's degree (engineering)
- needs to have social security from school
