responsibilities:
1. prepare and manage financial reports for credit cards, support scientists with expense processing, requisitions, and financial documentation.
2. support program events, meetings, conferences, and workshops by sending invitations, managing communications, and arranging logistics.
3. make travel reservations, facilitate reimbursement of participant expenses, and raise capex requisitions.
4. raise capex requisitions, monitor progress, and process standard material transfer agreements.
5. upload subgrant agreements, maintain a subgrants tracker, and ensure proper monitoring and follow-up.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
* advanced degree (master's) in any of the above fields is an advantage.
* 3–5 years of experience providing comprehensive administrative and operational support in an international environment.
* excellent organizational skills, proficiency in microsoft office, and familiarity with microsoft dynamics 365.
* exposure to agricultural research, international development, and multicultural environments.
