Responsibilities
contribute to technical ideation by actively participating in team discussions, generating ideas, and providing technical input to support product and process improvements.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams including operations, r&d, procurement, and other stakeholders.
Support redesign projects, engineering changes, and supplier change initiatives to improve performance, cost, or quality.
Support project management activities, including the generation of ideas and concepts for current products and processes.
Take ownership of existing engineering projects, ensuring effective execution and delivery.
Qualifications
bachelor’s degree in engineering.
2+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
Outstanding communication skills in english and spanish.
Basic understanding of project management principles and engineering processes.
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Creativity.
