this position supports the sales organization by managing orders, documentation, and customer communication. You'll coordinate closely with sales, supply chain, and finance to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery, while serving as a key contact for customers.
key responsibilities
* process and manage sales orders, purchase orders, and approvals
* maintain customer data, pricing, and order status in crm systems
* coordinate order fulfillment, shipments (including international), and documentation
* act as the main contact for customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries
* track inventory, flag potential delays, and support production coordination
* ensure accurate records, audit readiness, and compliance with internal procedures
qualifications
* 10+ years of administrative or sales support experience
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented
crm experience required
manufacturing or technical sales experience is a plus
