Position objective
* design, implement and validate process according to new product introduction and/or increase capacity based on organizational needs such as volume changes, wastes reduction, delivering a safe environment for the operational employees and assuring a process capable of meeting the high quality standards of our products.
your key responsibilities
* planning and executing the new products every model year.
* maintain routings, visual aids, work instructions, risk analysis for every model year.
* execute and record all the iso processes related to the area.
* planning and executing efficiency and improvement projects.
* follow up and apply engineering changes.
* participate with the fema team to reach the best score for the processes.
* ensure that our line balancing and processes maximize the va/nva ratio while taking into consideration our workers reality, using lean manufacturing tools.
* help create a continuous improvement culture by using lean manufacturing principles and our brpms tools.
* follow brp values and behaviors.
* ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
* enforce quality brp policy.
skills:
* space distribution design (lay out)
* ergonomic knowledge
* process design
* lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledg
* core tools (pfmea, dfx)
* line balancing and capacity analysis
education:
* bachelor: industrial engineering or similar
experience
* 3 years in similar position
language:
* fluent in spanish written and verbal.
* english advanced (min. 70%)
* french or german is an advantage
