responsibilities
* scrum master responsibilities:
o facilitate agile ceremonies including:
+ daily stand-ups
+ sprint planning
+ sprint reviews
+ sprint retrospectives
+ backlog grooming sessions
o support agile best practices and help teams improve delivery effectiveness.
o remove impediments and coordinate issue resolution with technical and business teams.
o monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and agile delivery metrics.
o promote collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
o assist product owners in backlog prioritization and sprint readiness activities.
* project management responsibilities:
o manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and execution tracking.
o create and maintain project plans, raid logs, and status reports.
o coordinate activities across development, qa, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams.
o track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
o facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide project status updates to leadership.
o support resource planning and capacity tracking activities.
o ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated.
o monitor project scope, schedule, and delivery commitments.
o assist with release coordination and deployment planning.
* delivery coordination:
o support successful execution of agile and hybrid project delivery models.
o ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
o escalate delivery concerns and help drive resolution.
o track kpis related to sprint health, delivery timelines, and team performance.
o collaborate with architects, developers, qa engineers, and product owners to ensure delivery quality.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, engineering, or related field.
* 4–7 years of experience as a scrum master, project coordinator, project manager, or agile delivery role.
* strong understanding of agile methodologies including scrum and kanban.
* experience managing technology projects in agile or hybrid environments.
* knowledge of software development lifecycle (sdlc).
* experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams.
