Overview
we are looking for a talent acquisition / talent optimization professional for a diversified global manufacturer.
key responsibilities
* support and lead activities related to workday implementation, ensuring smooth deployment, configuration, and optimization across relevant modules.
* drive initiatives within workday talent optimization, focusing on process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices.
* manage and support workday advanced compensation, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support during annual compensation cycles.
* collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective workday solutions.
* provide ongoing production support, issue resolution, and continuous system enhancements.
* participate in testing, documentation, governance, and change management processes as required.
required skills & experience
bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, supporting hr systems and processes.
at least 3 years of hands-on experience using workday, including implementation and/or ongoing support.
proven experience supporting talent cycles, performance management, and compensation planning.
strong functional knowledge of workday talent optimization.
expertise in the workday advanced compensation module is a strong plus.
advanced english level is mandatory (written and spoken).
ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholders across different levels.
experience with workday reporting, including custom objects and calculated fields.

mxn $45,000 – $55,000 gross monthly
