Our client, a wine & spirits company based in los angeles, is seeking a brand manager to support a portfolio of established brands and innovation launches. This role is responsible for driving brand growth through strategic campaign development, strong sales partnership, and effective commercialization across on- and off-premise channels. candidates must be local to the los angeles area and able to work onsite. bilingual spanish/english strongly preferred. prior wine or spirits marketing experience required.
key responsibilities
* lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across consumer and trade touchpoints
* develop and execute national marketing campaigns
* partner closely with sales to drive distributor and retail execution
* manage agency relationships and oversee campaign development from brief to launch
* support paid media, social strategy, and pr initiatives
* oversee budget planning, innovation pipeline tracking, and go-to-market execution
qualifications
* 3–6+ years of brand marketing experience within wine, spirits, or beverage alcohol
* proven ability to drive brand strategy and commercial performance
* experience supporting on-premise and off-premise activation
* strong cross-functional collaboration skills
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
