- *experience*: minimum 5 years in a leadership role (recruitment manager, talent acquisition manager, or similar). *prior experience in bpo recruitment is a must.*:
- *education*: bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. A degree in english & french translation is a strong asset.
- *languages*: full professional proficiency in english and spanish required; french is a strong advantage.
- *technical skills*: expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ats).
- *leadership*: proven experience in team management, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement at director level.
- *communication*: exceptional verbal and written communication skills for international client interactions and data presentation.
pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
