- assist in managing inventory levels, including tracking and recording stock movements.
- create documentation to support the import/export process.
- follow up with the import/export department and the customs broker on the importation of goods.
- process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- follow up purchase order deliveries.
- maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and returns.
- collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize storage and distribution processes.
- communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve supply chain issues.
- assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to improve efficiency.
- support the management team on other tasks and assignments.
experiência y requisitos
- previous experience in supply chain, logistics, import/export, or a related role.
- proficient in microsoft office suite (excel, word, outlook).
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
