Business growth strategist

Job description:

spearhead growth initiatives and sales targets for contract manufacturing, company imaging therapy, and logistics divisions by developing strategic marketing plans to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.

main responsibilities:

* to inform management promptly about any concerns, challenges, issues, or complaints related to contract manufacturing, antibody imaging and therapeutic sales, marketing, customers, and logistical operations.
* develop reports to assess and monitor the performance of the contract manufacturing, company imaging and therapy, and logistics divisions.
* implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing programs with senior management for all company sales divisions.
* provide corporate tours to clients, new leads, government representatives, and other groups visiting the company in tecate, interacting with all company managers to achieve commercial goals.
* create presentations of sales division kpis, evaluating statistics to find growth trends.
* qualify new businesses effectively, returning quotes quickly.
* maintain a safe and ethical working environment for employees.

skills required:

* bachelor's degree in business administration or life science or similar.
* significant experience (minimum 10 years) in business development/sales area.
* new business sales, prospecting, and preparing proposals and presentations are essential skills.
* integrity, intelligence, experience, and dedication are required.
* self-motivation with the ability to generate new sales leads and capitalize effectively on current ones.
* valid driver's license, current proof of insurance, and maintain a clean driving record.
* demonstrates ability to be an effective leader and manager at all times.
* prior management experience is highly desirable.
* ability to analyze, evaluate, and apply commercialization action strategy plans.
* identify commercial opportunities and customer needs.
* organize sales promotion activities, market research, develop marketing plans including social media.
* problem-solving skills, initiative, and hard work.
* strong team player, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
* excellent communication skills in english and spanish.
* open to changes and new knowledge, interest in personal and professional improvement, innovative, and creative attitude.
* displays strong leadership and ability to work under pressure; will lead by example and be willing to pitch in to get the job done.
* credibility with subordinates, senior management, business partners, relevant agencies, and customers.
* effectively develops and executes strategies and plans; demonstrates a track record of achievement.
* a comfort level with challenging others and having your ideas challenged.
* valid visa laser and mexican passport.
