Executive operations leader
a leading organization in the real estate and hospitality sectors is seeking an experienced bilingual executive to oversee multi-departmental functions and drive operational excellence.

key responsibilities:
* oversee day-to-day operations across all departments: real estate, hospitality, accounting, hr, marketing, legal, and closings.
* provide strategic leadership and ensure alignment and accountability among department heads.
* lead onboarding and training programs for new employees, ensuring high standards of performance and service.
* review contracts, leases, and transaction documentation to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
* collaborate with the finance and accounting teams on budget analysis, financial reporting, and internal controls.
* manage crm systems, ensuring accuracy, automation, and adoption across teams.
* support compliance with operational procedures and help implement company-wide best practices.
* act as liaison between ownership, external partners, and internal departments.
* drive cross-functional initiatives and lead special projects that improve systems and workflows.
qualifications:
* fluency in english and spanish (written and spoken) is required.
* minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in real estate, hospitality, or a service-based organization.
* strong background in finance and/or accounting (cpa or equivalent degree a plus).
* experience managing crm platforms.
* high level of organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* demonstrated experience reviewing contracts and handling operational risk.
* ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage diverse teams.
