1. lead and ensure production
- manage flow: incoming, internal, or outgoing
- manage replacements and/or replace a team member at the station
- plan logistics based on kanban, launch operations, customer pull lists
- manage packaging movements in customer systems
- lead the team and coordinate their missions to meet objectives
- detect and solve common job-related problems and ensure correct solutions
- have delegation authority to stop expeditions to correct quality issues
- implement corrective action plans and alert hierarchy
2. organise and schedule the activity of the autonomous flow team
- assign forklift truck operators
- consider customer expectations (internal/external)
- update autonomous production team indicators
- monitor presence, absence, and training
- manage team administration (training and explanations)
- coordinate holiday scheduling
3. coordinate and lead team activities
- ensure clear communication of instructions
- lead top5 meetings
- organize instruction transmission between autonomous flow teams
- train new employees and monitor their progress
- report issues to line manager
4. facilitate progress
- conduct corrective and preventive actions
- participate in working groups
- encourage and process suggestions
5. prepare orders
- print, account for, and approve pre-delivery bills
- check stock electronically
- calculate optimal lorry routes
- prepare orders and perform checks
- update electronic records
- affix labels and print delivery notes (galia)
- count cycles physically
- load and unload lorries
- conduct reconditioning operations
- send shipping notices and manage late deliveries
- supervise shipment compliance in quantity and deadlines
6. receive and prepare productions
- unload and check goods from suppliers
- take samples for quality department
- record received stock and assign batch numbers
- store goods properly
- prepare delivery notes and load goods for subcontractors, ground materials, and return pallets
- apply fifo for component availability
- record material and component usage in gpao
- supply presses with raw materials and colorants
- return raw materials and components after manufacture
- ensure compliance with quantity and deadline management
- manage box/bag/pallet orders and delivery schedules
