The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.
responsibilities
* lead capital investment and plant projects.
* justify, develop, and implement continuous improvement projects.
* provide technical support to production and maintenance during equipment startup.
* participate in engineering review meetings, acceptance runs, and machine startups.
* maintain complete documentation for all projects and tasks.
* work methodically to achieve results.
* develop operation and maintenance manuals for new machinery.
* design and manufacture fixtures, dies, and jigs.
* design, build, and program control and instrumentation systems for new equipment.
* supervise the electrical/mechanical design and programming of new equipment when subcontracted.

* promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, focusing on exceeding customer expectations.
qualifications
* knowledge: completed professional degree.
* proficiency in 2d/3d modeling software (autocad, solidworks, pro-e).
* fluency in english, including industry terminology.
* availability to travel.
* visa for travel to the united states.
* completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, electronic engineering, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in project management.
* experience in failure analysis.
