Summary of This Role

Plan, coordinate, and optimize digital marketing strategies to generate traffic, leads, and conversions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing return on investment.


Essential Functions

* Digital Strategy

Execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Propose continuous improvements based on data and trends.

Coordinate social media, paid media, CRM, email, and website, ensuring the correct implementation of business and product objectives.

* Campaign Management

Coordinate campaigns across digital channels such as: Meta, Ads, Google, email marketing, SEO, and SEM

Oversee the correct implementation of campaigns and content scheduling

* Content Management

Coordinate content creation for social media, blog, email, and website

Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels

* Analysis and Reporting

Monitor KPIs such as traffic, CTR, CPL, conversion, ROI, engagement, etc.

Generate regular reports with actionable insights

* Optimization

Conduct A/B testing and continuous adjustments to campaigns and funnels

Identify opportunities with the agency to improve performance

* Tool Management

Manage CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and automation and analytics tools

Ensure the correct installation and measurement of pixels and UTMs

* Internal Coordination

Working closely with sales, internal teams, and external agencies

* Understanding with the Telesales team

You will need to work closely with the telesales team, understanding contact times and customer objections.

You must be able to optimize the end-to-end sales funnel, maximizing conversions and closing speed.


Important:

* Monthly Gross Salary: 41,000 mxn
* Law and above compensation package
* Full time, indefinite contract
* Hybrid: 4 days in office, Santa Fe, CDMX


Required Experience

* Experience in B2B or B2C Marketing
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Communications
* Knowledge of advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
* Experience in digital analytics such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Dashboards
* CRM management, ideally Salesforce
* Knowledge of SEO and SEM
* Content Marketing
* Knowledge of Lead Scoring
* Experience in measuring lead conversion at different stages
* Knowledge of automated workflows and omnichannel tools for lead nurturing automation
* Experience with performance-based Meta Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
* Knowledge of Google Ads strategies (Search, Display, YouTube)
* Familiarity with metrics such as CAC, CPL, and ROAS
* Knowledge of sales communication tools such as WhatsApp Business/integrated CRM, Slack/Teams


Minimum Qualifications

Must have intermediate English skills.

A diploma or master's degree in Digital Marketing or AI is not a minimum requirement, but it adds value.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Must be proficient in Illustrator.
