we are seeking a skilled it support engineer to provide immediate assistance with troubleshooting an ibm device. The primary responsibility will be to triage the server technology and retrieve necessary logs to diagnose and address any issues promptly. This is a short-term assignment located in buenavista, ciudad de méxico.
*responsibilities*:
- perform initial assessment and triage of an ibm device.
- conduct thorough diagnostics to identify root causes of technical issues.
- retrieve and analyze server logs to gather relevant information.
- collaborate with internal teams to formulate effective solutions.
- provide timely updates on the progress of troubleshooting efforts.
- document all actions taken and findings for future reference.
*requirements*:
- proven experience in it support or a related field.
- strong proficiency with server technology, particularly ibm devices.
- demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- proficiency in analyzing server logs and extracting relevant information.
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- flexibility to work on short notice and within tight deadlines.
