role description
this is a full-time remote role as a retail manager in mexico, and reports to head of latin market at dreame technology. The retail manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of retail stores and/or other point of sales to ensure maximum profitability and efficiency. This role involves coordinating inventory management, implementing trade marketing strategies, managing a team of promoters, and providing excellent customer service to drive store performance and enhance customer experience.
qualifications
* education and experience
* bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
* proven experience in retail management, preferably in the smart home appliance and/or consumer electronics industries.
* minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations effectively.
* familiarity with buyers from different retailers.
* experience in staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
skills and abilities
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
* problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound business decisions.
* retail sales and marketing skills, with an understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
* proficiency in managing point-of-sale (pos) data with system software and/or self-made tools.

* fluency in both english and spanish languages (both written and spoken).
