responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships, ensuring service quality, managing operational performance, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and support teams to meet kpis and contractual commitments.
analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and lead regular business reviews with clients.
handle issue resolution and escalation management to maintain service continuity.
identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
support pricing reviews, renewals, and contract negotiations.
bachelor's degree in logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
~3–5 years of experience in account management, operations, or customer service within warehousing.
~ proficiency in ms excel, power bi, or other data visualization tools.
~ fluent in english and spanish experience with large or regional key accounts.
knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems (wms/tms).
