*key responsibilities*:
- serve as a strategic advisor to the management team on hr matters.
- develop and implement talent management strategies to build a strong pipeline of leaders.
- enhance employee engagement by executing programs that reflect our employer value proposition.
- manage employee relations processes, ensuring compliance and effective resolution of issues.
- oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits programs in line with global standards.
- work collaboratively with departmental heads to plan and recruit talent effectively.
- lead and develop a high-performing hr team to achieve departmental goals.
- responsible for the implementation of compensation and benefits programs according to the global policies and guidelines.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- at least 5 years of hr experience, with a focus on the luxury hospitality or service sectors.
- proven ability to align hr strategies with business goals.
- strong knowledge of employment local legislation, hr best practices, and talent management.
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate positive relationships.
