Location: Remote – Mexico (supporting Canadian clients)
Schedule: Flexible within 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (part-time to start, may transition to full-time)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Appointment Setter to join our collaborative, fast-paced team. This role involves high outbound call volume, generating qualified leads, re-engaging past prospects, and booking appointments for our sales team.
You’ll be working with schools, government agencies, and vendors in Ontario, Canada, helping restructure pricing and renew contracts. This is not a sales-closing role —your focus is lead qualification, scheduling, and keeping our pipeline active and organized.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualify leads and assess needs
Generate new leads, re-engage past ones, and follow up on renewals
Schedule appointments for sales representatives
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a “people-first” approach
Accurately record call outcomes, notes, and details in Salesforce (or similar CRM)
Track and report call metrics, conversions, and follow-ups
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
• 2+ years in lead generation, appointment setting, or account management
• Comfort with high outbound call volume and daily targets
• Experience working with schools, government agencies, or B2B clients preferred
Technical Skills
Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
Tech-driven profile with general IT or AV knowledge (big plus)
Soft Skills
• Fluent in English (spoken/written) – bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and reliable
• Strong interest in technology, gaming, music, and sound (helps build rapport)
