are you passionate about leading digital strategies that drive real sales and measurable impact?
we are looking for an ecommerce leader who will be responsible for the complete management of all digital revenue channels, from direct bookings and paid media campaigns to ota (online travel agency) performance and website optimization.
this leadership position is a crucial one, designed for someone who can connect technology, marketing and business operations with a clear focus: to generate consistent and scalable revenue growth.
you will build, connect and lead high-performing teams, while designing a digital sales engine designed for the future of travel and experiences.

*responsibilities*:
- develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to grow revenue across direct and third party channels (otas).
- lead functional teams for paid media, seo, crm, ux, analytics and web performance.
- manage the entire conversion funnel, from first contact to booking confirmation, ensuring a seamless and high-performing guest experience.
-align promotions, pricing and inventory with marketing campaigns and business objectives to optimize performance and booking volume.
- optimize partnerships with otas to strengthen performance and increase share of voice on platforms such as viator, getyourguide, expedia and others.
- implement a test and learn culture, running a/b tests, optimizing user experience (ux) and making continuous performance improvements.
- oversee digital revenue reporting and forecasting, providing clear and actionable information to senior management.
- work cross-functionally with sales, operations and marketing to ensure technical, inventory and messaging alignment.
- continuously improve the e-commerce ecosystem, proposing initiatives that strengthen conversion rates, increase direct bookings and expand reach in digital marketplaces.

*requirements*:
- minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or digital sales strategy.
- expert knowledge of tools such as bokun (or equivalent booking systems), google ads, meta business suite, google analytics, crm platforms (e.g. Klaviyo) and analytics tools such as rudderstack and amplitude.
- superior analytical skills, with ability to create, interpret and present complex data reports that drive leadership level decision making.
- demonstrated ability to create and deliver performance reporting frameworks, turning technical metrics into actionable information for non-technical audiences.
- demonstrated success in building and leading multi-disciplinary teams towards ambitious growth targets.
- deep understanding of direct-to-consumer booking models, ota markets, revenue optimization and full funnel performance marketing.
- facility to work in dynamic and highly owned environments where adaptability, accountability and speed are critical.
-clear and persuasive communicator able to distill complex digital and business strategies into training sessions and strategic recommendations for sales, operations, marketing and executive teams.
