Responsibilities
La oportunidad
Support the cookies and crackers portfolio for America region business (North America and LatAm) through exports innovation projects, business continuity plan, productivity, portfolio transformation and brand stewardship.
The main objective of this role is to coordinate projects through internal tools including idea generation, co-creation, bench top design and product development to satisfy consumer needs with innovative and consumer-centric products, coordinating and supporting scale up trials in pilot and industrial plants as well as coordinating the imports process of baked products.
Also, this position will interact with R&D; Regional and Global teams (US & others), Nutrition, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, commercialization.
Required to be located at the baking research center in Apodaca Nuevo León.

Como R&D; Product Developer Engineer responsabilidades constarían de:
- Execute innovation and exports projects according to business annual plan for cookies and crackers platform.
- Deliver technical documentation according to regional/global requirements for innovation, brand stewardship and productivity initiatives
- Support technical agenda from bench-top to scale, to make sure about product design and quality expectations during all development work phase.
Delivering winning product formulations to meet consumers needs
- Ingredients functionality testing to optimize product design or solve technical needs
- Collaborate to build projects timelines for innovation feasibility assessment, product development and scale up to ensure go to Market on timely manner.
- Execute plant trials for innovation, productivity, and Quality projects (in-house Plants MX and US).
- Conduct technical assessments at bench top to gain insights about ingredient/formulation functionality
- Communicate project status, risks, and scope creep with impact to project team on a regular basis
- Promote networking between C&C; Americas and FLNA to continue building strong link in both Regions
Qualifications

- Educación: Food Engineering, Biochemical, Chemical engineering or related
- 6 months to 1-year experience in Product Development or related (Consider experiences as interns)
- Habilidades: Analytical thinking, Results oriented, Able to keep track and prioritize tasks and projects timelines, Decision making skills, Creativity to solve problems, Proactive and Self driven
- Certificaciones / Cualificaciones / Licencias: Office (a must); Collaborative digital platforms (eg.
Teams); SAP as a nice to have
- Idiomas: English 90%: oral and written (mandatory)

The Job (Epicor – QA Intern)
Join our Quality Assurance team as a Product QA Developer Intern and gain practical experience working on software testing and automation.
You’ll support our development teams by ensuring the quality and functionality of ERP solutions in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Actively participate in scrum meetings.
- Perform basic ERP testing.
- Execute test cases based on defined criteria and report QA results.
- Provide feedback on tested products and collaborate with developers to resolve quality issues.
- Create and update automation scripts to support regression and functional testing.
What could set you apart :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration skills for working closely with peers, developers, and other stakeholders.
