Warehouse manager
we are seeking an exceptional warehouse manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring seamless logistics and distribution of high-value agricultural products nationwide.
main responsibilities:
* sales floor leadership: supervise and optimize all warehouse operations in line with company policies and safety standards (receiving, storage, distribution, maintenance).
* inventory control: design and implement inventory control systems to avoid shortages/excess, minimize waste, and ensure accurate counts.
* financial management: manage operational budgeting, analyzing expenses and applying efficiency measures.
* logistics coordination: coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Work closely with procurement and fleet teams.
* health and safety: develop and enforce safety standards, ensuring ehs policy compliance and leading regular training sessions.
* technology adoption: promote adoption of warehouse management technologies (wms, rfid, barcoding).
* productivity enhancement: apply lean methodology and best practices to enhance productivity and service quality.
* team leadership: lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff (5-10 direct, 10-15 indirect reports).
requirements:
* bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (masters preferred).
* warehouse management certification (desirable).
* 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics management, preferably with international experience.
* advanced conversational english (c1).
* advanced proficiency in microsoft office, wms, and erp (preferably dynamics ax or 365).
