years of related professional experience:
* 5–8 years of relevant experience in brand management / key account management / category management within retail, fashion/luxury, beauty, or consumer goods.
* proven track record managing commercial agreements (margin, credit notes, payment terms) and delivering profitable sales growth.
* hands‑on experience in retail planning/retail math (forecasting, otb management, p&l control) and inventory/replenishment for core skus
skills:
* wholesale account management expertise: understanding of wholesale business models, retailer dynamics, and joint business planning to drive sustainable growth.
* wholesale marketing (trade/partner marketing): develops and executes retailer‑focused marketing plans (co‑op initiatives, in‑store activations, seasonal events, digital placements) to drive traffic, sell‑out, and brand visibility within wholesale partners.
* advanced excel & ms office proficiency: strong skills in forecasting models, otb trackers, kpi dashboards, and scenario planning.
* retail math & analytical capabilities: forecasting, otb management, sell‑through, stock cover, margin, and p&l control.
* commercial negotiation & problem‑solving: ability to negotiate and manage trading terms (margin, credit notes, payment terms, promotional funding) and resolve operational/commercial issues.
* assortment & selection know‑how: capability to build/optimize assortments for wholesale partners based on trends, performance, and customer insights.
* merchandising & in‑store execution: strong understanding of merchandising principles, visibility drivers, and store‑level execution standards.
* promoter team management and coordination: ability to set objectives, define priorities (sell‑out, replenishment, display compliance), train and motivate promoter teams, and ensure consistent execution across doors.
* cross‑functional collaboration & influence leadership aligns: sales, buying, marketing, supply, finance, ecommerce and field teams to deliver the account strategy.
* adaptability, ownership, and attention to detail thrives in fast‑paced retail environments while maintaining accuracy and follow‑through.

key responsibilities:
* merchandising: assortment architecture, pricing ladders, product stories, and seasonal drops
* commercial: deliver sales targets while protecting profitability (sales, gm%, markdown rate). Lead key customer meetings and presentations: launches, business reviews, seasonal previews, and performance recaps.
* otb (open‑to‑buy) & financial planning: build and manage forecasts and otb plans by season/category, ensuring alignment with sales targets and inventory strategies. Drive replenishment plans for core skus to maintain healthy stock levels and minimize lost sales / overstock risk.
* commercial activation (wholesale): drives sell‑out through account‑level activations (seasonal moments, visibility packages, digital placements, in‑store execution) aligned to sales and margin targets.
* be in constant communication with cross‑functional areas to follow up on projects for assigned accounts.
