In this opportunity you will:
- build strong partnerships across the organisation for the discovery and capture of key strategic metrics
- build out automated data pipelines to gather these metrics from across the enterprise
- design, build and automate a dashboard that will baseline the strategic metrics and track progress against ongoing time increments
- build clear and transparent communication channels to align internal stakeholders with dashboard metrics, answering any questions or concerns around data sources or accuracy
- work with program management teams to align dependencies the data pipelines and dashboard may have on other delivery teams

you're a fit for the role of sr. Analyst - strategic metrics if you meet these criteria:
- you are comfortable in developing productive working relationships with technical teams and key stakeholders from different business functions
- you have experience bringing order to complex data through data engineering and visualization methods using tools such as tableau and powerbi
- you are a critical thinker who understands how the right metrics can help shape the trajectory of institutional change
- have 5 or more years prior experience building strategic data pipelines and dashboards that have visibility with senior leaders
