Main activities and responsabilities

● secure training records.
● supports training logistics, prioritizing the employee learning experience.
● supports training programs in administrative and operational aspects.
● manages operational data and training indicators.
● monitors the training service provision process.
● keeps training records organized and accessible for reporting and auditing purposes.
● communicate training events to staff in a timely manner.
● manages the training catalog in the human resources management system.
● provides internship training (trainee copilot).
● ensures delivery of dc3 to employees.
● supports global learning management.
