THE WORK
SAP Basis Administrator responsible for:
️ Implementing, configuring, monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment
Handling Incidents, Service Requests, Changes, and Problem Management
Monitoring system availability, application performance, and database health
️ Managing major incidents and escalations
Performing problem resolution and applying corrective actions for Priority 1 incidents
Improving monitoring by addressing repetitive events and delivering permanent fixes
Creating and updating knowledge base articles to maintain consistency and quality
Providing internal communication during Priority 1 & 2 incidents
Enhancing system performance and conducting root cause analysi
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience with multiple SAP components — the more, the better!
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency across as many of the following as possible
Here's What You Will Need
Expertise in SAP modules: ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA, GRC, CRM, BOBJ, etc.
️ Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP, BTP Integration Suite, Fiori, and Cloud Platform
Bachelor's Degree + 2+ years relevant experience
Experience with ITSM processes, agile methodologies, and build management
Operating system knowledge: Linux & Windows for BOBJ & Java systems
️ Familiarity with cloud operations, provisioning, and support
️ Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Analytical mindset, troubleshooting abilities, and technical writin
