we are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company, proudly serving the industry since 1975, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a business systems manager to lead and manage our netsuite erp platform in support of operations across mexico and the u.s. (irvine, ca).
position overview
as the business systems manager – netsuite, you’ll play a critical role in managing and optimizing the netsuite system to support end-to-end business processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with third-party partners and vendors to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
this is a hands-on role perfect for someone with both technical expertise and strong business process understanding. fluency in spanish is required, and an engineering background is preferred.
key responsibilities
* oversee the netsuite erp ecosystem to ensure alignment with business needs
* administer netsuite: user roles, system settings, and daily operations
* lead netsuite projects, including new module rollouts and system enhancements
* collaborate with 3rd-party support vendors and technology partners
* support and improve processes across sales, finance, manufacturing, procurement, and inventory management
* develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches for operational insight
* integrate netsuite with external systems like avalara, rf-smart, magento (celigo), and others
* utilize suitescript, suiteflow, mapreduce to automate and enhance workflows
* troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
* monitor system performance, data accuracy, and user adoption
* collaborate across departments to ensure erp tools are meeting business needs
* provide general it support related to erp systems as needed
requirements
* 7–10 years of netsuite experience, including system administration and business process optimization
* strong knowledge of netsuite customizations: saved searches, reports, workflows, and scripting
* experience with netsuite integrations: avalara, rf-smart, magento (celigo), or similar
* understanding of key business processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and manufacturing
* excellent business analysis and project management skills
