lead value stream mapping activities to identify waste and improvement opportunities.conduct product line capacity analysis, both internally and in customer-driven studies.develop plans to manage and improve capacity.perform and maintain routings, including time studies, updates, and approvals (annually or as required).

minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.fluency in english (written and spoken).
strong knowledge of core tools and iatf management systems.proven experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.proficiency in autocad.six sigma knowledge or certification preferred.
