- identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

- assess risks to production schedules and develop contingency plans.
- mentor and train junior schedulers and production planners.
*who you are (basic qualifications)*:
- bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- minimum of 7-10 years of experience in production planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- proficiency in production planning software (e.g., sap, oracle) and advanced excel skills.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
