*main responsibilities*:
- manage and configure mdm solutions, including microsoft intune and jamf, to support windows, macos, android, and ios devices.
- develop and implement mdm policies and procedures to ensure the security and compliance of all managed devices.
- provide technical support and troubleshooting for mdm-related issues.
- manages work orders, problems, or tasks within a structured ticket management system.
- collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored mdm solutions.
- conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on mdm best practices.
- stay up to date with the latest developments in mdm technologies and industry trends.
- assist in the development of documentation and training materials.
- plans, designs, implements, and maintains endpoint solutions for various platforms and devices.
maintains and updates operations manual and contractual reports.

- bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- proven experience with mdm tools such as microsoft intune and jamf.
- strong understanding of windows, macos, android, and ios operating systems.
- excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- strong client-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- relevant certifications (e.g., microsoft certified: modern desktop administrator, jamf certified) are a plus.
- *skills*:
- english (speak and write) to work with clients and global teams.
- proficiency in intune, jamf and/or similar tools.
- strong knowledge of modern management devices.
- experience in scripting for automation.
- excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*nice to have*
- azure active directory: experience with managing and integrating azure ad.
- mecm (sccm): knowledge of mecm (sccm)
- microsoft 365 security & compliance: familiarity with microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
- project management: basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
- customer service: strong customer service orientation and experience in a customer-facing role.
