about the role

As an associate director - social, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with counterparts in regional teams, leading and mentoring a high-performing local social team, and overseeing the quality of work delivered to regional teams.
you will also act as the primary point of escalation for the team, providing career development guidance and coaching to direct reports, and contributing to capacity planning and resource management for the team.

requirements
to be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 years of experience in paid media execution, fluency in english, and proven experience managing multi-location media activation teams. You should also have demonstrated ability to train teams and maintain quality standards at scale, experience providing centralized service to local teams, and deep expertise in paid social media strategy and execution.
we are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in microsoft office suite (including excel, powerpoint, word) and/or project management tools, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
