We are seeking a highly skilled customer service ambassador to provide world-class service to our valued customers. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, clarifying problems, and directing them towards solutions.
key responsibilities:
* manage customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely responses to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
* collaborate with internal teams to determine suitable solutions for customers, involving supplier research, price calculation, product creation, and delivery time comparison.
* process orders from creation to invoicing, including external and internal orders, credits, invoices, cancellations, and other tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* identify opportunities to reduce and prevent order delays using supporting systems like power bi, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* effectively process returns, prepare relevant documents, and update the erp system according to our return policy, ensuring seamless order management.
* local warehousing: manage stock levels, pick and pack orders, and arrange dispatch, ensuring efficient inventory management.
* procurement: send enquiries, receive quotations, negotiate with suppliers, release purchase orders, follow up, and ensure timely delivery, maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
* accurately manage crm tasks and cases within service level agreement (sla) deadlines, prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
* contribute to increasing e-commerce business by identifying opportunities to enhance online shopping experiences, improving customer engagement, and driving sales growth.
