- manage full-cycle delivery engagements with teams of 70+ ftes
- govern project delivery effectively with all stakeholder involvement
- resolve complicated engineering issues while maintaining quality and adhering to timelines
- ensure excellence in the design, coding, and overall solutions
- take full responsibility for the entire customer experience in terms of delivery
- mentor and develop talent among delivery leads and managers
- advocate for and implement the best engineering processes and practices
- ensure optimal management of the business end of solutions to maximize value delivery
- foster a robust team environment and guide teams to understand and cater to customer needs efficiently
*requirements*:
- 12+ years of it experience
- 8+ years in managerial roles such as manager, owner, or coordinator
- involvement in at least 10 projects or experience launching 3+ products or key product capabilities to the market
- demonstrated capability to manage delivery engagements effectively shared across high-profile teams
- proven governance skills over project delivery involving multiple stakeholders
- expertise in handling complex engineering challenges with focus on quality and timeliness
- current knowledge in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions emphasizing continuous delivery/deployment pipelines
- skills in managing outcome-based setups with strict adherence to timelines and commitments
- experience in handling customer escalations, contracts, and team rotations effectively
- exceptional ability to identify customer needs and adept at driving closure to customer issues
- proven capabilities to build strong, cooperative team environments
- proficient english skills at c1 level
