*what you’ll be doing*:
you’ll support u.s. citizens by offering access to free online tools that connect them with valuable benefits and programs — from financial help and educational resources to healthcare services and more.
your responsibilities include:
- answering inbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- arranging home visits and matching clients with caregivers
- offering guidance to families during the care transition process
- working with a supportive, mission-driven team
*what you get*:
- base salary: $15,000 mxn/month before taxes
- revenue bonus + attendance & punctuality bonus
- weekly payments, always on time
- monday to friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
- weekends off
- $200 mxn urbani transportation support (first week)
