Fleet sales supervisor role
looking for a career opportunity in fleet sales? As a fleet sales supervisor, you will play a key role in promoting the sale of vehicles to corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* promoting fleet sales and managing special rebate programs with leasing companies.
* holding one-on-one meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* serving as an advisor on fleet processes to stellantis dealerships.
* managing logistics activities such as ibt and obt daily and conducting volume planning, ordering, availability, and production follow-up daily.
* collaborating with dealer principals or general managers on fleet kpis, commercial action plans, and negotiations weekly.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in admin, engineering, or marketing.
* 8-10 years of experience in a similar position.
* excellent excel skills and strong analytical skills.
* understanding of the fleet market and main channels.
* proven negotiation and sales closing skills.
