other data analysis will be performed as needed by the logistics team, which requires management of databases.roles & responsibilitiesanalyze freight and service costs and compare to contractscoordination of payment to third party logistics providers, which include requisition input and coordination of purchase order to invoice receipt.compile and analyze logistics freight costs for bobcat north america -coordinate and compile financial monthly logistics costsreview and approve freight invoices rejected by third party freight payment vendoranalyze contract carrier freight rates to identify cost savings, improvements and maintenance contract rates in the doosan transportation management system.coordinate with the third party logistics provider to publish required weekly and quarterly kpi's.track cost savings, cost avoidance and team progress.ensure continuous and uninterrupted flow of import, export and domestic logistics operations.job requirements2-4 years comparable work experience.bachelor's degree in business administration, international business or international relations preferred.fundamental understanding or desire to learn transportation, supply chain and logisticsconcepts is requiredstrong written and oral communication skills requiredintermediate experience with access and excel requiredproficiency with computers including microsoft word, outlook and powerpoint requiredconsistently demonstrates ability to learn and use necessary toolsability to follow process and standard procedures requiredprevious experience handling a tms (transport management system)fluent in english and spanish.
