We are seeking a skilled .net support engineer to join our remote team in mexico. The ideal candidate will contribute to solving complex business challenges and supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
main responsibilities:
* provide l3 technical support for application integration issues and production incidents
* perform root cause analysis across environments
* optimize sql queries, stored procedures, and crud operations with minimum 3 years of experience
* monitor application performance using tools like splunk, aws cloudwatch, and system logs
* support web application servers (iis, apache) and manage protocols on windows/linux
* troubleshoot web services (xml, soap, rest, json) and validate api interfaces
* work with ticketing systems and apply itil concepts
* support cloud technologies and migration initiatives with aws experience required
* collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders; participate in daily meetings
* manage multiple priorities and respond to varied technical requests
preferred skills:
* familiarity with security tools (e.g., okta, ciam)
* experience with virtualization technologies (vdi, vmware, docker)
* itil certification or background is a plus
* strong documentation and conflict resolution skills
* experience supporting large user bases and enterprise monitoring tools
requirements:
