The fleet programs analyst will support the sales operations team by administering targeted incentive programs for ford pro dealers, customers, and business partners such as upfitters. The role also involves providing agile support for various projects aligned with broader vehicle sales initiatives.
qualifications
1. bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
2. strong ability to communicate effectively with management and present ideas supported by data
3. experience in problem identification, root cause analysis, and resolving technical issues
4. excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
6. team player with a collaborative approach
7. positive attitude, even under pressure
8. familiarity with analytical tools such as alteryx, excel, and incentive tools like smart vincent; ford product knowledge is a plus
responsibilities
1. develop and set up incentive programs, including eligibility criteria
2. ensure accuracy of program rules and procedures
3. create program announcements for targeted audiences
4. manage communications with customers, dealers, and partners
5. research and resolve claim disputes or escalations
6. report on claim and payment data
7. assist with fleet dropship administration
8. support fleet programs manager and order to delivery manager as needed
