key responsibilities
• proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including linkedin, job boards, databases, referrals, and social media.
• build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• conduct initial outreach and screening conversations with candidates in english and spanish.
• partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• track and update candidate information accurately in the ats.
• research market trends and talent availability to support sourcing strategies.
• deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
qualifications
• fluent in english (both written and spoken).
• +2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related field
• knowledge of boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• experience using linkedin recruiter and/or other sourcing tools.
• excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
