Their role involves supervising hr staff, ensuring that hr policies and procedures are consistently applied, and managing key hr functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

oversee daily hr operations, ensuring efficient execution of hr processes and procedures.supervise and mentor hr staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.coordinate and implement employee training and development programs.monitor and manage employee performance evaluation processes.assist in the development and implementation of hr policies and procedures.collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.prepare hr-related reports and metrics for management review.facilitate communication between employees and management to promote a positive work environment.lead hr projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals.conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

bachelor degree or above, major in business, human resources management or related disciplines.~5+ years solid and hands-on experiences in hr supervisor role. Experience in handling payroll & recruitment preferred.~ good knowledge in local practices, employment ordinance and related legal regulatory.~ self-motivated with strong presentation, people management and problem-solving skills.~ can speak in english fluently.~ able to accept flexible work scheme.~ proficient in ms office (especially excel) .
