responsibilities:
* help to stablish cellular and satellite it network infra delivery standard processes, procedures, runbooks, playbooks, workflows, racis. Update them all as required.
* detect, analyze, evaluate and overcome issues, risks and opportunities across multiple projects running in parallel; provide suitable plans and solutions. Engage infrastructure delivery lead as required.
* to partner with infrastructure delivery lead and financial analyst to control program budget.
* to partner with asset management analyst, project managers & infrastructure delivery led to plan, deliver and control projects’ related assets.
* facilitates and stablishes effective and assertive communication channels between vendors, business partners, project managers and all different stakeholders; coordinate cross-project/program initiatives as required.
* to ensure that the project’s repositories are always updated with the most important documentation before, during, and after the cutover dates, in compliance with internal quality standards.
* stakeholders’ management: produce program reports and presentations for stakeholders and pepsico na cto leadership as needed.
* to perform assessment and evaluations for project managers, vendors, and other staff.
* to assess program performance and aim to aways exceed business expectations.
* quality assurance and continuous improvement driven.
qualifications :
* bachelor’s degree in compute science, electronic systems engineering or any other similar technological career.
* 7+ years of proven program management experience on it network infrastructure delivery projects.
* 3+ year of experience deploying cellular technologies such as 4g & 5g. Deep technical knowledge of satellite technologies such as starlink is a big plus.
* ccna certification is a plus. Knowledge of cisco technologies is required.
* pmp (project manager professional) certification required; pgmp (program manager professional) certification desired.
* hold any two of the following certifications: safe popm (scaled agile framework product owner/product manager), csm (certified scrum master), pmi-acp (project management institute agile certified practitioner), pmi-dasm (disciplined agile scrum master).
* excellent knowledge on performance evaluation.
* exceptional skills in leadership, time management, risk management, stakeholder management, facilitation and organization.
* strong ability to identify and communicate to superiors and provide visibility to risk and issues that may arise.
* process driven but with innovation mindset.
* strong coordination directional skills across multiple cross-functional teams, stakeholders & vendors.
* process driven and service oriented; good knowledge of itil & itasm principles.
* very fluent in english (exceptional speaking and writing skills).
* good overall knowledge of microsoft office suit. Outlook, excel & powerpoint mandatory.
* strong experience working in a fast pace and demanding environment for international companies to foster a responsive and adaptive project environment.
