Media asset manager
we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized media asset manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for logistical support of digital and physical assets, as well as maintaining a well-organized asset library.
* key responsibilities:
* work with media localization production assets such as scripts, subtitles, videos, audio and graphic files.
* facilitate the uploading and downloading of digital assets.
* facilitate the shipping and receiving of physical assets.
* assign appropriate taxonomy and metadata to assets.
* maintain file naming conventions and folder structure protocols.
* maintain a media asset management system and media library.
* educate and promote the use of the digital asset management system.
* escalate and resolve technical issues with the engineering department.
* actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including suggesting improvements to workflow and testing new solutions.
* adhere to full-time schedule and work overtime when needed.
* adhere to company policies and procedures.
