responsibilities
lead and develop a team of quality control agents, ensuring full compliance with the requirements of our quality system and applicable regulations, while implementing mechanisms that guarantee product and process conformity in alignment with the company's priorities.
generate, manage, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to support our kpis and slas, leveraging problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
ensure your team operates efficiently and effectively, responding in a timely manner to all quality-related activities, building strong relationships with internal customers, and acting strategically within available resources.
train, coach, and grow talent within your team, taking specific actions tailored to the development needs of each individual and strengthening overall team capability.
create and promote a safe, healthy, and ethical work environment, ensuring behaviors aligned with our values and corporate culture.
qualifications
* you have minimun 5 years of experience in a quality function, preferably within an aerospace, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
* you hold a professional engineering degree in aeronautical, industrial, or mechanical engineering or related
* effective communication, leading change, leading teams,performance management, problem solving, customer focus
* you possess solid technical knowledge in: as9100, inspection equipment and methods, lean manufacturing, kpi definition and management, executive reporting, and sap.
* you have advanced english proficiency.
