About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with proven experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions, ensuring alignment with our business goals and patient-driven mission.

This person will collaborate closely with the CEO, Board Members, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience and support the growth of Saya Biologics.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job briefing and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and growth potential.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Saya Biologics as an employer of choice within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, market trends, and candidate feedback.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific roles, terminology, and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as Linked In Recruiter.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong commitment to ethical recruitment practices and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
