This role has the primary responsability to oversees the production of22 injection molding machines, supervise and smallmold maintenance department, and theprocess engineering team, ensuring operational excellence, quality compliance, and readiness for new project launches.you will play a strategic role in meeting production targets, driving continuous improvement, and developing technical teams to achieve world-class performance.key responsibilitiessupervise daily operations in the production molding area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost and motivation targets are metlead mold maintenance planning and coordinate preventive/corrective actionsoversee process engineering activities, parameter optimization, and troubleshootingcoordinate new mold trials, validations, and production launchesmanage and develop technical staff, providing training and performance feedbackmonitor kpis and implement improvement plans to increase efficiency and reduce scrapensure compliance with iatf 16949, iso 14001, and internal standardsrequirementsexperience in production lines at tier 1 or tier 2 automotive manufacturing industrybachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.minimum 5 years of experience leading injection molding operationssolid knowledge of mold maintenance, parameter adjustment, and process troubleshootingexperience managing multidisciplinary technical teamsknowledge of lean manufacturing tools and problem-solving methodologies (8 d, ishikawa, doe)familiarity with iatf 16949 and iso 14001 standardsexperience with erp systems (iqms preferred)knowledge in coretools and cqi23desirable master molderadvanced english levelwhat we offerstrategic leadership position with high impact on plant performancecompetitive salary and benefits packagetraining and transition plan with current leadershipopportunities for career growth in a multinational environment
